Workers’ Compensation

AS YOUR WORKERS’ COMPENSATION ATTORNEY,

I will personally meet with you in my office or at a more convenient location for the initial client interview. I will personally review with you all of the facts of your case and make sure you understand all the laws that apply to your situation.

Using my Nursing background, I will obtain and closely examine certified copies of your medical records and films. I will file all necessary forms with the State, the Second Injury Fund and the insurance company. I will make certain you are receiving all of the medical and lost wage benefits to which you are entitled. If your treatment or benefits have been wrongly terminated or denied, I will fight to have them reinstated.

Once you have completed all medical treatment, I will likely have you examined by an expert doctor who will provide us with a report setting forth all of your medical problems and disability ratings. If there is a question as to whether you are able to work, I will likely send you to a vocational rehabilitation expert. I will then aggressively represent you in court against the attorneys for the insurance company and the attorneys for the Second Injury Fund. I will negotiate the highest possible settlement for your injuries. If we are unable to obtain a fair settlement, I will thoroughly prepare your case for trial and any appeals that may follow.

If you have been injured at work, call today for a free consultation. Unlike other firms, I personally interview, select and handle each case. I provide a free consultation in my office, by phone, or at a more convenient location if necessary.

At Hennessey Law Firm, you can always be sure your calls and questions will be answered promptly and that your case is being handled with extreme care and expertise.
